Book Emma to Speak

Most speakers arrive at conflict from one direction: They are recognized for reaching the apex of their career. They are the bare none experts in the room, and they have something to say. They either have survived it, studied it, or mediated it. Emma Osong arrives from all three simultaneously; an aerospace / aviation engineer who measures the forces that move the earth, builds surveillance systems for plane, as a peace and justice advocate stands at the United Nations and the International Criminal Court fighting for victims of war, and as an author writes about conflict in three forms: memoir, workbook, and literary fiction (soon to be published).

This talk does not treat conflict as a problem to be solved. It treats conflict as the most reliable data source available about who we are, what we value, and what we are capable of building. That reframing from threat to information, from obstacle to fuel, is the central move of Emma’s body of work. Emma delivers across institutions / organizations and at the personal level, in small or in large rooms.

SIGNATURE KEYNOTES

Living Conflict Inspired:
Engineering Peace in the Spaces Between

The signature keynote. Drawing on all three books and Emma’s engineering background, this talk reframes conflict as the most precise data source for understanding who we are and what we are capable of building.

Ideal for audiences interested in Corporate/personal leadership development, peace, justice, corporate DEI, and global affairs.

The Levers of Control:
For the Woman Everyone Sees But No One Hears

A workshop drawn from Voice Beneath The Noise. Participants identify the forces, including work, identity, faith, relationships, and politics, that drive their decisions without their full awareness and develop their Power Voice statement. Highly interactive. Workbook included. Ideal for leadership development contexts.

Ideal for audiences interested in Corporate/personal leadership development programs, professional women’s networks, and executive retreats programs.

When the Institution You Love Asks You to Choose:
Belonging, Truth, and the Cost

Another signature keynote that draws on the specific dynamics of loyalty, accountability, and what it means to have done everything right yet still feel like no one is listening. It draws on UNRAVELED, The Voice Beneath The Noise, the workbook, and the forthcoming novel. Emma’s most personal and most specifically targeted talk.

Ideal for Diaspora professional associations, alumni organizations, church leadership, and community advocacy groups
